We’ve been in the new year for a little over a week now and I’m still feeling the holiday hangover (signs I’m getting old – I can’t hang like I used to!)

The holidays were supposed to be the time you took to relax, but in reality – it’s the exact opposite. The excitement of traveling and seeing family and friends can make you suddenly feel super burnt out.

I know it did for me.

So where do you find the time between the joyful (yet hectic) holiday season and getting back to the work grind for some much needed R&R?
